Payment

Shipping & Delivery
When you place an order via the Site, SUNWILL will confirm your payment together with your order. After your payment, we will basically ship the product to the destination to be delivered within 1 week. In the case of some areas, however, we need another couple of days for delivering. Please confirm the shipping for your urgent order in advance because the product may not be delivered on the day to be desired and the inventory is changed at any time.
For the order of the same product from a number of customers, SUNWILL sets on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check for any damage or failure during transportation upon the arrival of product. Please inform SUNWILL immediately of the damage, if any.
Shipping Charge
Shipping charge includes the packing & insurance charge must be paid by the customer. After placing order, shipping carrier will inform your shipping charge. If you appoint carrier by yourself and give us the carrier name before placing order, we will inform you of account for transportation.
Transportation
You may appoint a transporter which you are convenient from the following carrier. (Some of the products may be delivered in its current status; such condition will be clearly specified for the target product.) You may not appoint the carrier for some products, which depend on size and/or weight.

Return Policy
The purchasing agreement must be done at the same time we provide you “Confirmation of e-mail relating your order”. After you receive the confirmation of e-mail from GRANDSHIP, cancellation may not be acceptable.
- To facilitates processing of returned product ;
- Products returned or exchanged due to customer error may not be acceptable.
- Products with loosing optional parts or additional articles by customer may not be acceptable to return.
- If you receive product and packing materials and parts damaged in the shipping carton in transit, please contact SUNWILL via GRANDSHIP immediately.
- All returns due to damages shall not be acceptable from 7 days after receiving the product.
For any failure arisen in transit to return to SUNWILL, the repair cost may be separately charged.
Inquiry
- If you have questions regarding the product , please send SUNWILL an e-mail via GRANDSHIP with attaching the detailed information, that is, maker, type number, serial number etc.
- Please note that we cannot make any technical reply unrelated to the product.
- Please check the inventory which varies with situations at all times.
Additional Information
If you place a consigned product and the poor condition or the clearly different product from that of posted information on the Site is found after arriving at SUNWILL, we inform the purchaser and may recommend the cancellation.
Set up or installation of product must be done by yourself. SUNWILL shall not be liable to the customer for any secondary damages in setting up.
Business Hour
Online service for order is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Internal operation is served from 9:00 to 17:00 (JST) excluding weekends and national holidays.
