Can I purchase new, unused components?
Yes. Please inform us of the manufacturer, model number, engine number (or vessel number) for the requested component. Please note that we may not be able to prepare an estimate depending onto the engine manufacturer or the destination.
What condition are the used products posted on the Web site in?
We offer well-maintained, reproduced, and inspected components. (Some of the products may be delivered in its current status; such condition will be clearly specified for the target product.)
Can I return the product I had purchased?
Basically the purchased products cannot be returned unless the target product had any initial failure.
Can I make inquiries via phone calls?
We are afraid but all inquiries need to be made via E-mails. Should you request for a phone contact, please inform us of your contact information via E-mail. We will make a phone call to the specified number.
How long will it take from when the order is made until the product is shipped?
Basically the ordered products will be shipped within 7 days counting from the day when the payment has been confirmed. (We do not make any shipment in weekends or on national holidays.)
If you wish to request for expedited shipment, please contact us; we will try to make a special arrangement for the requested delivery date.
Can I request for freight collect shipment?
Yes.
Can I request for an estimate for a repair case?
Yes. The repair works will vary according to the current status of the actual product. We normally confirm the actual product before offering you the estimate.
In case of emergency, we will prepare an approximate estimate, and then offer you an official estimate after having confirmed the actual product.
Do you ship to overseas countries?
Yes. Please contact us for the shipment method, etc.
Can you possibly ship the products by direct shipment under our company’s name instead of your company’s name?
Yes. Please inform us of such request when you make your order. We will ship the product under the requested name without showing our company’s name at all. In such case, if there is any required document, we will mail the document separately by postage rather than enclosing it into the packaged product.
